Our Administrative Agent Services are used in connection with project finance arrangements, second lien or mezzanine corporate finance transactions, or other complex loan structures. In addition, we often serve as Successor Administrative Agent in instances where a lender wishes to outsource this function or in a workout or restructuring situation where a perceived conflict exists. In either case, our role is that of acting as an independent third party in representing the lending group, which can include commercial or investment banks, hedge funds, multilaterals or export-credit agencies.
